Nehita has a 15-day return policy. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered.  The cost of return will be made by the buyer.

Refund

All items returned must be in its original condition.                                   Upon returning items to the store, you will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. The store credit can be used for purchase at our online store.

Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.  

If items ordered online were received damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact customer service right away at info@nehita.com

 We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
